EU Cookie Law - an update
The UK's Information Commissioner has now amended the new Cookie Law and has said that websites can assume that users have consented to their use of cookies.
In practical terms, this shift to 'implied consent' means that forcing users to agree to the use of cookies before visiting your website is no longer necessary.
